What they can't prove

  • How your glass, frame and size will perform
  • A guaranteed delay time in a real event
  • Code compliance, grant eligibility or insurance treatment
  • That an installation was done correctly — that needs records

Building

  • Building type and occupancy pattern
  • Hours when work is possible

Openings

  • Opening types with approximate sizes and counts
  • Glass type if known (single, insulated, tempered, laminated)
  • Existing film, tint or graphics

Frames

  • Frame material and visible condition
  • Doors and operable units listed separately

Constraints

  • Access needs (ladder, lift, furniture moves)
  • Appearance limits at sightlines
  • Approvals required internally

Documentation

  • Product data sheets with revision
  • Attachment details per opening
  • Warranty registration and care instructions
